So in this country you can get a car with a tracker thing which one of my friends has, it basically makes you drive safely and not at night. The benefit is that it takes about 50% off your insurance which means you can get a nicer car as car insurance for young males is absurdly high in this country. Either that or get a shittier car and be free to do as you will with it.
So its a rich and fancy...
